1. Is it safe to buy from mastifflight.com?
Yes. Our site ultilizes Secure Socket Layer( SSL ) thus your sensitive information such as credit card numbers or personal details are kept confidential while being transmitted on any network.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders we accept Paypal that includes credit card payment; For offline orders we accept Payoneer, T/T, bank transfer and Western Union.
3. Do you sell in retail price or wholesale price?
Both. We set retail price for individual product and price break for wholesale order. More details please feel free to contact us.
4. Do you guys ship orders quickly?
Most of the orders are shipped within 2 business days after clear payment. Some large quantity orders may need extra days as we always double check each unit before shipment. We shall keep you updated for the shipment details.
5. Can you cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. We are not able to cancel the order once it leaves the sorting center as the parcel is out of control since then.
6. What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
For packages less than 3 kilos, we usually ship by international air mail parcel that usualy takes 10 - 20 business dyas to most of the countries / areas; for packages heavier than 3 kilos, we will ship by air freight express that usualy takes 5 - 9 business dyas to most of the countries / areas. You may have us ship by DHL / UPS / FedEx, however we might charge you extra shipping cost according to your order weight and location. For large quantity orders, ocean cargo service or railway shipment is available. More details please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Do You accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 30 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of some products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for customized or personalized orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
7. How to deal with the Customs?
Please understand that you might need to pay for import tax / duty to your local Customs before delivery. Please make sure that you are clear about your import tax policy before placing an order from us, under no circumstance will we be responsible for any Customs issue occurred.
